Tahanan means “home”. For 56 years, we’ve been building a home of hope, learning, and opportunity for Manila’s children.
TOPS is a non-governmental organization committed to providing quality early childhood education in a safe and nurturing environment. Currently operating a nursery program, TOPS is preparing to expand its services to include a DepEd-organized kindergarten program.

Believing that through excellent education, with good family and community relations, the youth can become the assets of their community, TOPS provides services that benefit and transform children who are on the streets, out of school, or potentially at risk, to their full potential.
Economic
TOPS aims to uplift the underprivileged and help parents sustain their children's education by offering training and implementing sustainable programs which could address their needs.
Arts
Music, performance, and creative programs that give children a healthy outlet for expression and confidence-building.
Livelihood
Skills and small business training for parents, so families can build sustainable income while their children study.

We partner with parents, families, and the community to cultivate strong character, develop God-given talents, promote academic excellence, and foster a lifelong love for learning. We also empower parents and families through livelihood opportunities, family development programs, and community service initiatives that promote self-reliance, shared responsibility, and sustainable community growth
