President Report

We were very enthusiastic about planning our 50th-anniversary celebration and launching of TOP’s social media platform such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. We also scheduled and arranged press releases with major newspapers of the country such as Philippines Star, Manila Bulletin, Manila Standard to name a few. They interviewed Atty. Teresita Geraldine Sison-Go, Atty. Eva Policar-Bautista and yours truly.

Our organization marked its 50th anniversary last September 9, 2019. We invited our local community, TOPS Alumni and Barangay friends and a small program was held. It was also attended by some of our TOPS Board of Directors namely: Valerie Sonia Lyn G. Agrava (President), Atty. Fides Cordero-Tan (Vice-Chairman), Atty. Wilma Valdemoro Cua (Vice President), Atty. Eva Policar-Bautista (Treasurer), Atty. Teresita Geraldine Sison-Go (PRO), Atty. Yolanda Eleazar (Auditor), Atty. Sylvette Y. Tanking (member) and Atty. Teresita Cruz Sison (member).

• Re-aligning of the foundation as a Learning Center
• We plan to establish TOPS as a formal school with pre-school in accordance with DepEd K to 12 curricula and SPED.
• On-going process for application of mayor’s permit and licensing, DSWD licensing and amendments for SEC.
• We will establish programs for our talented kids to be more inclined in singing, ballet dancing and playing musical instruments through Ms. Sylvia Lichauco – De Leon.
• We hired Ms. Liberty as TOPS’ sociologist to enhance the current program and develop new programs.

With the help of our Board of Directors, TOPS staff, our volunteers and our families and friends, these activities and programs were planned and executed perfectly; we are sending our sincerest gratitude to all of you.

We are looking forward to enriching the lives of more underprivileged children in the future by providing them proper education for free.
