Tahanan Outreach Projects and Services, Inc. is a private non-stock and non-profit corporation providing basic education to underprivileged children and training of livelihood skills development for the community.
Education
Believing that through excellent education, with good family and community relations the youth can become the assets of their community. As such, TOPS has taken its own steps in providing services that benefit and transform children who are on the streets, out of school, and are potentially at risk or endangered to their full potential.
Economic
TOPS aims to uplift the underprivileged and help parents sustain their children’s education by offering training and implement sustainable programs which could address their needs.
